Mark Taylor
CEO
Mark Taylor currently serves as CEO of Dominion Group,. Mark co-founded Dominion in 2007 and has served as its CFO and President prior to assuming the CEO role in 2019. Dominion Group is the parent company for Dominion Development Group, a construction and development platform, Dominion Management Group, a Multi-Family Housing platform, DGA Capital, an affordable housing platform, and Dominion Senior Living, a Seniors Housing platform. The collective focus of our portfolio companies is primarily on three distinct business lines: the acquisition, rehab, and repositioning of market rate and affordable multi-family properties throughout the Southeast; the development of new market rate and affordable multi-family properties throughout the Southeast; and the development of new senior housing facilities under the Dominion Senior Living brand. Dominion also selectively pursues the development or repositioning of other asset classes when there is significant value upside potential, most notably successful exits of a large behavioral health platform and a significant investment in distressed office.
