Jordana Nelson is Vice President of Development of DGA Residential and facilitates the acquisition, financing and development of DGA Residential’s portfolio. She brings a unique blend of experience to DGA Residential, having served as general counsel for a public housing authority and for a multi-family developer as well as having developed an affordable housing practice at Bass, Berry & Sims, PLC.

Jordana is involved in the Knoxville community and is currently a member of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville and the Executive Women’s Association. She is a member of the 2015 Leadership Knoxville class and a former board member of Leadership Knoxville. She is also a former board member of the Historic Tennessee Theatre Foundation.
