Craig leads DGA Residential’s affordable housing portfolio and oversees the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development. He is focused on sourcing new construction and rehabilitation deals as well as debt and equity. Craig brings over 10 years of experience and has developed over 45 projects and over 5,500 units of affordable housing across the Southeast.
