These include new construction and acquisition of multi-family, senior living and most recently, affordable housing. Dominion is unique in that it has the resources and ability to serve as owner, developer, contractor and manager of all its assets.

Dominion Group currently owns a portfolio of 42 properties across the southeast. This portfolio consists of 17 senior living communities, 19 market rate communities and 6 Section 8 affordable housing communities. Dominion continues to develop and expand their reach by acquisitions and new development in the senior housing and multifamily sectors. DGA Residential serves as the platform for both current and future affordable housing endeavors.
