As VP of Property Management, Stephanie oversees all operations for the entire portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, Stephanie has experience in asset management, property management and compliance. Stephanie holds a Tax Credit Specialist Certification (TCS) and a Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification (COS) – Stephanie scored high enough on both these exams to teach the courses for NCHM (National Center for Housing Management). Stephanie also holds a Fair Housing Certification and serves on the SAHMA board. Stephanie also holds a Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s License.
